Return & Exchange Policy

At Picture Perfect Balloons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a product, please email us with photographic evidence of any issue and we will respond to you with 24-48 hours. Our policy is straightforward and easy to understand.
